In this live episode from Cal ACEP ADVANCED, Jessica shares with us a memory from her EM sub I. She enthusiastically comes to her shift and is assigned a patient by her attending. Her attending gives her a brief overview of the patient but when she performs her own history and physical things don't line up exactly. What ensues is a case of mistaken identity.
